Oh great TV gods
Who have blessed us this day
With the eye bleedingly huge
HDTV
May we stand in your plasmatic heat
and thank the day you delivered
to us, your humbled and subservient
couch blobs
This heavenly eye that looks into our souls
and gives us the
2008 Olympics
in glorious 1080i (720dpi via CBC)

I thank you, the TV gods
That I am able to
Catch glimpse of the crotch sweat
on the inside thigh
