Stats and The “Pizza” Van Outside My Window

General

Looking at where people are coming from, to my blog, I was scanning my list and ran across this:

#19 Hits: 108 Files: 107 From: US Military
#20 Hits: 107 Files: 106 From: US Government

Should I be worried that I’m on a list somewhere because of some offhanded joking comment I’ve made on here or should I just keep on America-bashing, despite my looming road trip from Las Vegas to L.A.?

And, if you’re curious (I know you are, look at your bottom lip!), my number one search engine hit was “Caturday“.

That will be an exciting trip… If you like outlet malls.

When I was a kid, it was exotic. you’d leave the megatropolis of LA and enter the savage and deadly desert full of snakes and scorpions. Then, like an oasis, the bright lights of Las Vegas would appear as you came over the crest of that final hill.

Now there’s a stupid commercial strip at every exit. They took the excitement out of having a roadside breakdown out of it. The countryside is still beautiful — it’s just not so adventurous anymore. Definitely get off the road to the In ‘n’ Out Burger though. The best hamburger stand America has to offer. The fries are made right in front of you from real potatoes sliced onsite, and the burgers are great.

And I wouldn’t be concerned with the government… They have enough time to kill figuring out why my biggest keyword hits have been “ass ripping” and “Thalia” since 2002.
