I found this True Type Font creator via one of the many GTABloggers members site (sorry I can’t credit whoever you are directly ‘cuz I forgot which one you are!).
It’s crunky, it pixelates hard and it’s akward. But I MADE IT! Get your own Dead Robot font here!

I agree with Daryl. Fontographer is a very fun toy.
if you really get off on making your own fonts try tracking down a copy of a programme called fontographer. you can also make ttf stuff with it, but from what i can tell it gives you WAY more control over different aspects of your font than the one you have listed. i made a font of my printing! whee fonts are fun! uh, that and exasperating
